Description: The goal of this project is to test the effectiveness of a health communication campaign on COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations beliefs and behaviors among rural African Americans with chronic health conditions.

 

Title: Rural Health 2: Advancing Rural Health Equity and Community Action to Prevent COVID-19

Description: This project supports the implementation of a multilevel, community-based education and action program with the overall goal of advancing rural health equity and reducing the impact of COVID-19 among rural minorities residing in Florida.
