Congratulations to Dr. T A McDonald, BSM Cohort 8, on being inducted into Golden Key and Phi Kappa Phi at the graduate level. The GPAs required for these honors this year were 4.0 and 3.85 respectively.
To add to the list of accomplishments, Dr. McDonald also graduated with a 3rd graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University.

Wake Forest School of Medicine is recruiting for a center director clinician with research in the area of –omics and precision medicine in the field of cardiometabolic diseases, preferably a focus on cardiovascular disease. Once that hire is identified, the plan is to hire a clinician associate director, likely with a more basic science focus in diabetes research. Subsequently, there will be additional hires at assistant and associate professor ranks who will likely be PhD researchers with interests aligned with the new center and who will be hired into some of our established departments.
